1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CartoonMe responsibly and lawfully. You must not create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on CartoonMe:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content exploiting or endangering minors
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Copyrighted material used without permission

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. AI-Generated Content

Images and text generated by CartoonMe's AI features are created using third-party AI services. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. AI outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias. Do not use AI-generated content to impersonate real people without their consent or to create misleading content.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• CartoonMe offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual plans)
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. CartoonMe's design and features are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at cartoonme.app@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

CartoonMe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or indirect damages arising from app use. Service may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CartoonMe will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of CartoonMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
