Common Questions
Account & Login
- We use email verification codes (OTP) to log you in securely
- Check your spam folder if you don't receive the code
- Codes expire after 10 minutes — request a new one if needed
Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play
- To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings
- Use "Restore Purchases" in the app if your subscription isn't recognized
Content & Privacy
- Your memes and data are private unless you share them to the community
- You can delete your content at any time from the Gallery

Bug Reports
If you found a bug, please email us with:
- What you were doing when the issue occurred
- Your device model and iOS/Android version
- A screenshot if possible
